Location, location, location

Desirable plot in to the north west of the fine city of Norwich. In need of updating.

We had our first viewings today.

This nest site opposite our landing window has been home to several families of housemartins over the last few years. I've been looking out for them for a couple of weeks and this morning I heard the familiar twittering and saw these two checking it out. I've no idea whether it's the same pair or offspring of previous pairs, but it's a sure sign that summer is on the way.
