Another busy day at work for me. I don't get a lunch hour at work to go out and explore but had to pop down to the bank in town this afternoon which gave me the opportunity to take an Ilkley street portrait.

This evening I went for a training run with my neighbour Mr M, he is running a race tomorrow and wanted to stretch his legs so we had a very pleasant hour and a half running over Middleton moor, it's been a lovely evening for it.
