A Chewsday Swallow

Yes I know, naff title. It's been a naff day.
And yes this is a Starling, it's a reference to the Swallows I heard "chirrup, chirrup" this morning, apparently that's swallowese for Raptor alert :-/
Remembered all my bits and pieces today, it helps if I sort it all out the night before :-/
Foggy start today, fog didn't really lift until late afternoon. Mostly glorious evening here at cloudbase.
It was a hard day at work, pleased with how I handled it, still a bit to go with my strength and energy but I'm almost back to the me of two years ago :-)
