Back to my Feldenkrais training

and rolling around on the floor for most of the day but with the intention of using my body in the way it was designed to be used. If after all we are going to live to be 100 and more of us are .. then I would like to increase the chances that I will be flexible and fit.. and anyway I love this training..

This is the lovely little village Ditchling and the beauiful variety of rooves or is it roofs?!!!
