As Big As Mountains

Just edited four photos for this entry that could have been four separate days.

The first shots were of heavy cloudbursts and menacing dark skies over Woking that hit with huge downpours around lunchtime. As these began to disperse I was suddenly treated to some glimpses of the monster cumulonimbus that had produced such a drenching stretching high into the atmosphere (now with the occasional flash of blue sky between thunder rolls).

As these collapsed in late afternoon I was left with almost clear blue skies and some amazing blue-black streams of the remnants of rain being whizzed through the sky on strong winds.

Finally as the sun set a new set blanketed over and presented some almost biblical streams of red-gold light breaking through in rays.
