The Rack

You may remember my Tall blip from a week ago. I was back again to the chiropractor this morning and on The Rack again. I have to say that he is excellent and I am beginning to feel the benefit already. He gave me a special glass of water and I have to report that I am still the same size this week as I was before I went in.

Afterwards, it was over to our Church Cafe to serve any who dropped by.
