Career V Easy life..,

My matron secondment is coming to an end June and the permanent position will be advertised soon, so my dilemma is either apply for the matron role and my life could be potentially very stressful or go back to my old job where it's totally stress free?

I think sometimes I take on too much but at the same time hate being bored at work, I enjoy challenges and testing myself, hence why I start my Masters in leadership next month for the next 2 years.

I'm really not sure when I'm going to fit a another child in!
