Brokers at work

Developing the Community Brokerage Network is a huge part of my project. Today we spent 6 hours with brokers looking at how we engage with people, our own behaviour, values and influence. Was an excellent day and more to come.
This pic is some of the cheery bunch. Bring out an iPhone, ask for a pic to tweet and they all reached for the lippy! Was really good fun all round.
