Blooming Clematis

A very quick blip tonight. I had a minor medical procedure done today and the anesthesia has me bleary eyed and a bit out of focus. I'm fine. Everything went well. Just need a good nights sleep.
Before dinner this evening I spotted this single bloom on my clematis vine outside the kitchen window. The vine is FILLED with buds ready to *pop* open any day, I was happy to see this one flower and went outside to snap the photo. I love the deep color and the velvety texture of it.
