Sample Roasting

Spent some time today doing some sample roasting - I have a couple of coffees from Burundi and a Rwandan coffee that are going through testing right now. This trusty little machine will be replaced when we get round to it, but it has been able to give pretty good results in determining whether a coffee is good enough to make it onto the BG roster.
