Gently fry onion - be patient.
Add peppers and chillies. Continue patient frying. Remove crab meat from claws. Set aside
Add anchovy fillets; cook till disintegrated.
Add whole tomatoes. Cover and cook till softened.
Splash in wine.
Cover and simmer for twenty minutes. Use this time to shower crab shrapnel from self. Change clothes. Place crab covered clothes immediately in washing machine to prevent entire house smelling like old trawler.
Add whatever wine you haven't drunk while cooking to pan. Add herbs and season.
Gently stir in crabmeat. Cover and simmer for two minutes.
Serve in large bowl accompanied with extravagantly buttered sour dough loaf.
