Cheeky Samuel

I recently ordered Samuel a t-shirt embroidered with an emblem for 22q11. These t-shirts are made by a lady who also has a child with 22q11 deletion syndrome.

He was so proud of his new t-shirt, and to raise awareness he happily posed for some photos.
