World war 1 supper

Today was special day for the village of Stogumber. We had a couple of functions at the village hall to commemorate the World War One centenary. This afternoon the Village Hall committee put on teas and games, for a family fun afternoon.

This evening was a dinner with entertainment by the Stoggymen and the Stogettes singing ww1 and ww2 songs for everyone to join in.

A good time was had by all, as I hope you can see by the Blip for today.

The proceeds from the whole day were donated to SSAFA (soldiers,sailors, airmen and families association).
