It's an Offal Thing About Chicken

Our good friends and honorary members of the BG community have taken their first serious foray into their dream vocation farming by raising pasteured chickens. We ordered 10 of these now deceased brood and look forward to the resulting healthy and flavor filled repasts they will produce. No one else wanted the offal and so we went home with several bags like these that Tarah is waving - so there'll be some chicken liver pate and lots of stock - thanks Chickens your passing was not in vain!
