Run boy run!

With only a couple of weeks before my son's first long race (5.7km) we went out running today. We went across town to have a BBQ at my dad's so it was a one way journey.

He struggled at first and I kept retracing my steps! Then he polished off the water and got a whizz on... He went just under 5k with me then I carried on for a bit on my own to get some speed up...
