Wildflowers in Sicily

The main reason we went to Sicily in May was to see the wildflowers. We were certainly not disappointed - There were vibrant colours everywhere, including bright red poppies.
This view is a 2 minute walk from our villa on the mountainside. That morning we walked for an hour or so taking in the wonderful scenery
