a walk on the beach

Days don't come much better than today;

drove from Brisbane and took a beach stop and paddle at Sunshine Beach, the blip. Not sure how long it took them to think that name up.

Checked in lovely apartment at Noosa and went to the idyllic Tea Tree Beach, on Noosa Headland in beautiful nature reserve. Swam, lay on the beach watched 2 surfers. Then the sunset, watched a White Bellied Eagle swoop to catch flying fish and walked back to watched the sunset over Noosa main beach (I hope to get time to out some of the many blips on blipfolio later.

Then walked out on the amazing fairy lit Hastings St for a meal at Miss Moneypennys. Dan and I shared the best fish meal I have ever had. The menu read

seafood and charcuterie share board
chilled mooloolaba prawns with lemon and house made cocktail sauce, chargrilled moreton bay bugs, fried local squid salt and pepper style, oysters with smoked tomato vinaigrette, ceviche of yellowfin tuna, hunters salami, jamon, chorizo, grilled artichoke, marinated olives, pickled peppers, buffalo mozzarella, fried capers, italian relish, sourdough

Happiness :))
