Putting things into perspective

Just starting to get my head sorted out now after a tough time with my folks. Mum at least seems settled in a nursing home but I'm still finding all the recent change a bit difficult to get used to.

This afternoon I made a determined effort to try to let go a bit, and took my camera out with me when I had a walk. Hope I can keep my head in a positive frame now and try to ease off a bit.
