Locks In Tranlastion

Otherwise known as the view from a very very early morning run.

I have said it before and will never tire of saying it : morning runs have a certain magic as very few people are out and those that are nod knowingly as they are also part of " the secret" .

This morning I did have some company and the three of us took in the sunshine and thrashed out a few miles whilst debating politics

Coffee al fresco after and more bollocks talking.
