Chap on a building

Continuing on with the theme of chaps on buildings, here's another one. No idea who or why, and his load looks rather heavy but he seems to be bearing it well.

Managed to get caught in the storm today. Rain and hail soaked me between classes. Huge thanks to the wonderful people at Ondeo who provided me with a dry shirt :) The umbrella I was carrying was almost useless because the rain and hail were coming in at an angle. Now we have sun again. I have given up having any faith in the weather forecast. If it says it is raining, and I see water falling from the sky, I believe it. At all other times, I have determined I will take it with a grain of salt.
