Hip pain unbearable now after the weekend. Pain at the back of my hip, pain at the front and pain shooting up my left buttock (if you want the details). And I'm floored with some shitty viral thing now while Opendoor gets over his.

Mum and dad have been superstars this week,saving the day by coming all the way from Arran to do the DIY, tidying up and weeding the garden.

Can't thank them enough.
