Cross Country Day

I traveled back home last night and today I attended 2 School Cross Country Championships. This morning Jessica ran at her Schools Championship and was placed 1st and ran a faster time than the winner last year. I went to a High School championship this afternoon where Ophelia and Thomas were running,Ophelia lead from the start fading slightly in the second lap and finished nice and strong. A successful day where 5 runners I coach ran in their respective Schools Championships and did well. This afternoon I had another enquiry about coaching which is exciting.
