Peony 'Sorbet'

Another delectable peony, this one fully double, tall and elegant. In our wet climate, it’s a good idea to stake these a bit or grow them between plants on which they can lean. Best of all, since it doesn’t have many side buds, you can cut the flowers without diminishing the future garden show. It’s just gorgeous in a bouquet in our entry where it greets you with a beautiful fragrance. The leaves turn a great burgundy red in the autumn, too.
