One Will Be Left And Another Will Be taken Up!

Well if I believed in the rapture, which I don't, I could have been pretty worried today. I was driving along the Midway near our house and I noticed there was something in the middle of the road, but it wasn't until in close proximity that I recognized a pair of child's slippers. Yes, right there on the middle road markings as if someone had been in the process of crossing the road and whoosh - gone and left their footwear as a legacy and all that remained of their short life on earth! I am sure there is a more innocent explanation, but I choose to believe my imaginary scenario. I suspect I'll never find out!
