Fully Charged

A walk around the city center in search of my blip on a damp grey day.
I came across this in one of the car parks a charge point for electric cars , it reminded me of the time Clarkson and May came through the city in electric cars in an episode of Top Gear back in 2011 and then broke down as they ran out of charge and then search all over the city for somewhere to charge them up , giving the city some bad press . So now the council have installed a few charging points including this one on the top of a multistory car park.
