A bit of a puzzle!

A slightly odd picture but representative of my day today. Some of our team were in a branch struggling with a new fitting, this cable had to fit through a hole that wasn't really designed for it. So, in a scene reminiscent of one from Apollo 13, using exactly what they had in the branch, we in the office worked out a procedure. After trying to describe it, we made a video and emailed it to them. Success! When it works, technology is great. I'm sure this could be used in a team building course!
