Changes!
Normally Thursday is a run day but as I've got a wee sore knee since Windermere I shan't be hitting the early morning road tomorrow. I will, however, be heading out on two wheels to get my exercise kick.
I could sit in the house and bemoan the fact that I cannot run but I've decided that if I seriously want to do triathlons, I need to work on my bike fitness. So while I'm sidelined that's what I am going to do. Gotta find opportunities in every setback. Oh and I am going to work on cultivating a six pack for summer :)
