Who is this guy?

I saw this creature earlier two days ago in walking over my house window rain cover. My bro said that these guys likes a lot spruces.

This photo is taken with Tamron SP 17-50mm f/2.8 VC lens. Closes focus distance is 29 cm where this shot is taken. I tried to shoot with Sigma 150mm, but lens was too far away and I lost this insect.
