icy pavement

Part of me is now used to dealing with this long, cold winter weather...
De-icing the car, clearing snow from my driveway, wrapping up warmly, the boots, driving, walking, blah blah.
But part of me is now dreaming, yearning even, for some warm sunshine, and the efforlessness of plain, ordinary weather.
Walking carefully on icy pavements I can certainly do without.
