Last Day Blues

Last day of the holiday and one little lady is feeling a bit subdued. It’s been great fun, but tomorrow she’s off home and then back to school (kindergarten, which she loves, but that’s forgotten right now…) and this wee lass just doesn’t want the fun in the sun to end.

The mood is quickly lifted by the reminder that she has a very pretty new dress to wear for the aeroplane trip tomorrow and a truly impressive collection of beach stones to wow her friends with (that’s if Mummy doesn’t have to accidently “loose” them – airline luggage allowances aren’t especially accommodating of pebble collections these days…). Moments later, one sad little girl has bounced back to being her usual, bright, happy, sunny self! (But, oh how we will miss her and her little brother and big sister when they go!)
