......twisted fire starter! Long day today, I'm not suited to being in work at 7.30! Especially when I was still awake at 2am the night before :/

I'm shattered, ache and have bruises from yesterday's kettlebells workout! It's 23.47 and I'm still awake, here's hoping I fall asleep soon!
