Ricotta pancakes

Every now and again Paladian gets the urge to cook. At the moment her food hero is master British baker Paul Hollywood, and were are starting to eat the most delicious home-made breads.

This morning’s inspiration was some particularly good ricotta cheese she got at the Farmers’ Market last Sunday.

So, we had ricotta pancakes, with blueberries and yoghurt, and very nice it was too.
