There may be trouble ahead...

An utterly exhausting day today - 11 hours at work with no break, then a run, then squats and sit-ups until my whole body ached. I'd already eaten my dinner at my desk earlier so I just had a bath and collapsed into bed afterwards. I did have time to fill this in and send it off before I ran though. There are troubling times ahead at work...
