Lucy and Fiona @SLCek the marketing queens..

I spent all day today with senior staff at South Lanarkshire College in East Kilbride. One of my meetings was with these two lovely ladies; on the right Lucy and on the left Fiona. We discussed how the college attracted and supported international students, and also the college strategy for managing client relationships. Sounds a wee bit dull? - not a bit of it. They were full of ideas, and hugely committed to developing the college.

In total, I must have had discussions with 25 staff today. The Principal, Stewart McKillop, has assembled a really positive team of leaders who support one another and show great commitment to the college.

It was a pleasure to work with them, and I hope to be back in their midst very soon.
