The Ashland Water Serpent

David and Carole were good enough to invite us to the unveiling of the Ashland Water Serpent today. David has been leading on this project for some time (see his blips here).

There was entertainment, some short speeches, the artist and David’s special words and music for the occasion. The audience, including the Soups, had a jolly good time in the sunshine. The full story of the Serpent is here.
