One Good Thing About Jet Lag

When you wake up before 5 a.m. and can't go back to sleep, you can get some really interesting blips!

The downside is how tired you feel from mid-afternoon on. I tried to nap then, but couldn't fall asleep--unlike Phil, who slept for a couple of hours. It's nearly 8 p.m. now, and I'm hoping to stay awake for another hour.

It can take up to a full day for each time zone crossed before your body has adjusted to the local time, so I guess I'll be fully functional again a week from today!
