Maple and Caramelised Pecan Cake

I've been struck down by a two-day migraine...so missed two days with no photos...but I'm having a good day today and so I baked a cake! Happily it looks like the photo in the cook book (which always bodes well!).

I can feel a cup of tea coming on...
