Sand Collection

This is a part of my very large sand collection. I bring back sand from places that I have visited, and lots of times friends bring me samples from trips that they have taken. I really enlarged my collection when I joined the International Sand Collectors Society. People I didn't even know sent me sand from all over the world. It's just sand, but the texture and color is so varied, it makes a nice collection. It's a great way to study and compare the uniqueness of different beaches in our world.
