The day I meta sequoia

So much to see at Gardening Scotland, but for some reason I didn't take many photographs.

This beautiful little island of Metasequoia glyptostroboides, or Dawn Redwood, on a bonsai nursery stand caught my eye.

I would hate to be the one who killed such a group by forgetting to water it! What a responsibility!
