Helix Wetlands

The Helix Park has become famous because of the massive Kelpie sculptures that are visible from the M9. The new park has been made possible through the Millenium project fund, the only successful project bid in Scotland. We visited with friends on a rainy Sunday and it was very busy. The park itself though is coming along beautifully and has been very well put together, as demonstrated by the wetland walkways that lead you towards the Kelpies.
