Yosemite Falls

Another adventure into Yosemite for a hike today. I picked the upper Yosemite falls hike. It said Strenuous in the brochure and boy did it mean it!!! A 3.5mile trek up to the top and this was via steep stoney steps. To add to it the sun was blaring down at about 30 degrees! It was a tough climb but the view of the falls and the view of the valley from the top was worth it! Defo could have done with more water though, luckily there was a good source of it at the top to gulag down and refill the water bottle. You'd pay good money for that in the supermarket!! The stream running into the falls at the top was cool and refreshing good for feet dipping and rehydrating!

And now we can say we have climbed the highest waterfall in the Western Hemisphere! And boy do my legs feel it!
