Hi Viz Scarecrows

I went for a wander in to Bukit Bingtan after dinner this evening, this is the main shopping and tourist area if KL. I quite liked this fella who was trying in vain to slow traffic down for some road works.

He (and his brother further down the road) was actually a manikin, complete with a mechanical arm that waved the flag. I liken him to the road workers equivalent of a scarecrow.
