Lakeland lane

(back blip)
today headed south to the southern end of the Lake District and a campsite near Staveley. After setting up camp and a cup of tea a short run was in order, though the tussocky footpath was not good for the ankles.
In the evening we went for a drive and short walk from Kentmere which seems a valley left behind.
It was not a good day for photography, dull and hazy, so distant views were not an option and I ended up with this or some lambs playing (but they'd paused to watch us so had lost some of their charm).
