Steam Train Driver

I'm still taking pictures at the local steam train station for my photography assignment... the theme is 'people engaging in an activity' so I've been trying to capture pictures of the various things the train and station staff need to do to turn around an incoming train for going out again (Pickering is a terminus). I've got over 400 shots in the bag but I only need 10 so I have a big editing job ahead.

I usually err towards black and white for steam train pics, seems to fit in with the vintage/nostalgic vibe, but this pic in particular made me think again. You get some nice vibrant colours when the sun is shining, so maybe it's a shame to drain everything to mono... hmmm...
