At the Foot of the Oak

Trip to Glasgow today, but first, as the weather was fabulous, decided to take a walk up the White Muir, at Blackford, where I used to walk and play as a child. It's a right of way up to Gleneagles Hotel, with the pathway bordered with magnificent beech, oak and sycamore trees. It's such a beautiful place and Breagha loves it too. She found a perfect smelly spot to roll herself in, just as we were heading back to the car, so she was marched to a little pond and scrubbed down with a flat stone (not happy!).

This is her afterwards sitting with a stone (ball substitute) she had found.

And amazingly, the weather did not change at Stirling, it was a superb day in the west too :-)
