Seals at Monterey

A grim, grey and drizzly start In Monterey but still headed to the beach and pier in search of seals! Found a mass of them at Fisherman's Wharf, clearly waiting for the remnant fishes!!!
Next we started the 6 hr drive to Santa Barbara, although we knew would be more like 8hours due to photo stops! Some awesome views along the way...and weird weather too. One minute it's cold, 59 degrees and foggy..then the next its blue skies, warm and 70. It was a roof on roof off kinda day!
Found some fab places along the way including a bar where you could sit on a chair in the river and a beach full of elephant seals.
Arrived now in Santa Barbara for a couple of nights.
