Cuckoo Spit

Whilst sat on the doorstep removing my boots after the walk this morning - a white frothy substance on a nearby plant caught my eye - known to me as Cuckoo Spit

Apparently a yellowish insect lives inside the froth and sucks on the sap - eurghh

Early tea tonight - am envious of R going to The Leeds Grand Theatre with MrB to watch a performance Radio 4's *Sorry I Haven't A Clue*

At least I get full control of the TV remote all night though
