If there's nothing else ....... shoot a dog!

I committed the cardinal sin today - took the dogs out with no camera (or even phone) about my person! Merlin is a blue merle Border Collie - that is the reason for the odd eye, the merle recessive gene often results in blue eyes, one blue and one brown or, as here, a blue segment in one. He will be 6 in August.
