News Plus Ikon... Do Ladies Day!

It was set to be a great day at the track as News Ltd had kindly invited Ikon and Ladbrokes to a box at Eagle Farm - perched right on the finishing line for one of Brisbane's most prestigious winter racing events - Oaks Day!

Keen for a punt, everyone had their form guide lift out of the days Courier Mail ready and were sure they had some winners pre-picked. Before we even got seated Shalyce had been spotted to enter fashions on the field, so the hot to trot feeling was running strong throughout the team. Cash drawn and Ladbrokes apps ready, the crew entered into a group syndicate....

From that point on it was lucky the crew at News are as good value as a print and digital news bundle - because the rain set in, the punting was going terribly, Shalyce missed the fashions on the field, Adam was wearing a suit and the only people making money were Ladbrokes.... (Best on field went to Sam as the only one who picked a winner for the group)
