King Juan Carlos, what else?

All the news on press and TV and radio today have been dedicated to King Juan Carlos' abdication.
To confirm this, when I was clearing away old papers, I came across this old issue of TIME magazine published in 1997. I will keep it as a reminder of this day and the strange coincidences that happen sometimes in life.
Perhaps I will read it again!
